Application:
The GH150 is designed for hot stamping of all shapes of bottles/containers at high production speeds. It is suitable for glass containers stamping after screen printing with varnish. All servo motor driven and fast speed make the GH150 ideal for off-line or in-line 24/7 production.
General Description:
1．Automatic loading system with bottles standing up on conveyor when loading.
2．Auto pre-registration with servo
3．Fast and smooth servo motor driven transmission system.
4．All servo driven system with linear rails and bolts screw. Parts rotation, parts up/down，foil winding all driven by servo motor.
5．Quick and easy change over from one product to another: 2 jigs only, all other parameters will be set in touch screen.
6．PLC control & touch screen operation system.
7．Automatic unloading with servo driven robot, bottles standing up on conveyor after unloading
8．Safety operation with CE standard

Camera vision system for cylindrical products (without registration notch) stamping.
